Sick appointments can be made on the same day. When calling, please give the receptionist a brief description of the reason for your visit. If you decide to have another family member seen during this period, please let the receptionist know so the appropriate preparations can be made.
Physicals, behavioral and asthma appointments require more in-depth services from our staff. As a result, please note these appointments may be set up to four weeks in advance. Please keep this in mind when planning appointments for school or sports physicals and/or medication checks.
When arriving, please ensure you have a current and valid copy of your insurance card as well as your co-pay, which is due at the time of your visit.
We respect your time as valuable and do not like to keep you waiting; however, so we can remain on schedule, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to get checked in and take care of any paperwork. Patients that arrive 15 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment, as they have missed their appointment time. Although we will never deny your child medical care if needed, if you arrive late for a sick appointment, there may be a wait for the next available practitioner. This may all be avoided by arriving on time, or a few minutes early, for your appointments.
24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
