I’ll lead with we love chesterfield pediatrics and will continue going here however only seeing our provider. Unfortunately due to only 1 doctor being available and despite reviews we accepted the appointment - I had a very disappointing experience with Dr.harrington like other reviews she has no bed side manners! From the moment we walked in, the doctor came across as rude and dismissive. She repeatedly questioned my daughter, asking her to repeat herself multiple times, clearly implying she didn’t believe her even after me explaining to her as well. It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely inappropriate, especially in a pediatric setting where children should feel safe and respected. To top it all off as she was talking to me my 2 year old was saying mommy, mommy to get my attention the Doctor then put her hand in my 2 year old face to hush her as she herself continued to talk to me and highly didn’t appreciate that! Instead of offering support or guidance, she was judgmental and made me feel criticized as a parent. Her tone lacked empathy, and I left the appointment feeling worse, not better. As a pediatrician, compassion and understanding are critical, especially when dealing with concerned parents and children. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing from this visit.

NP Kish was sweet, loving, and caring with our kids. The kids felt comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend her! Thank you!

Dr. Tilghman, like all of the other Pediatricians at Chesterfield Pediatrics, are amazing! We have been there for almost 6 years and every visit delivers consistency, quality and knowledge. The front office, the nurses, medical assistants and doctors are pleasant and have a genuine understanding of what is needed to work with children.

Dr Harrington is extremely well versed and very knowledgeable in the very confusing world of ADHD. She is straight to the point, firm but fair. She wants to see all her patients succeed in life as they navigate living with ADHD. I tell all my friends about her. She has changed my son’s life!

I came with a list of concerns and none of them were addressed. Basically everything was brushed off and she only focused on my daughters weight, my daughter is on the heavier side at 11 months old. It was my first time meeting her as we were previously with Michelle before she left. Pretty much left feeling like a terrible mother with her basically blaming all of my problems on my daughter’s weight. Basically told me to stop feeding my 11 month old formula all together. Michelle did not say any of the things this doctor said to me and I felt like she completely disregarded all of my concerns about allergies, problems with formula, etc. We will not be returning.

I've had multiple pcp for my son over the last 7 years & Dr. Karen was the best. Ill never forget her! It was an unforgettable experience for me during a newborn checkup when she took the time to help me through a feeding as a first time mother making sure I knew when he was full. (It was time for a feeding and she made the time to sit with me through it which meant the world & left an impact on my baby's health at home as well.) That has me coming back again for the baby I'm expecting here soon & if Im lucky enough to have her as this ones pcp, Ill never leave! A lesson learned the hard way with insurance coverage & having out of pocket cost that had me needing to switch until I could pay off the balance for the time without coverage but if it wasnt for that rooky mistake, I wouldve stayed with her. She truly cared and stayed present during the checkups & made it easy/comfortable for both my baby & I.

Dr. Arlene Harrington is good with our kid and has her best interests in mind. She is also incredibly rude and judgemental and makes us feel like the worst parents ever, just because our child is experiencing common, developmentally appropriate issues. We will stay with this practice as long as we can see other providers but if that becomes difficult to do, we will find a new pediatrician.

As my last child gets older, I know I will no longer need Pediatrics, and that makes me sad. I feel as if i not only have the best doctor for my kids, I've also found a friend. I have been coming here for my kids since they were toddlers. I recently moved to another city that’s pretty far but I still come back to this practice because I trust them with my babies! Dr. Patel is amazing!

We just moved to Virgina and the staff was fantastic! And loved learning about my kiddo and how he got hurt and what they could help with. They gave me orthopedics I could call to get my toddler in. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Harrington is AMAZING, as well as Tiffany. When I walked in for my visit yesterday, I was checking in while Tiffany was leaving, and not only did she say hi, but knew exactly who I was. I have been going to Chesterfield Pediatrics since I moved to Virginia in 2013 and I am now 25 and dread having to go to another doctor because Dr. Harrington is so great. She’s such a personable person, listens you to, gives you advice you may or may not want to hear, she loves to problem solve and she remembers YOU—which is so hard to find. She is willing to work with you do find the root of ANY issue and as busy as she is, I am able to contact her and get a response within the same week. I could not recommend Dr. Harrington enough!! 1000/10 recommend!

Today was our first time meeting Jasmine. She was just breath of fresh air! I could tell that she is someone that is passionate about pediatric medicine. She wasn't condescending, she listened and explained diagnosis in a very comprehensive manner. My daughter really enjoyed her as well!

Jasmine is just absolutely amazing. Shes so good with my son and very understanding. Takes the time to listen and take in all the information. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about her. She helps calm the mom guilt too.

This was my first time with Jasmine and she was great with my 10 year old son! She asked him a lot of the questions but also would confirm with me. He liked having some part of the visit and not just mom doing all the talking. I like how we were also given some options for treatment. She comes highly recommended!

My daughter is almost 11 years old. She has seen Dr. Harrington since she was born. She was down with the flu this week when we had to go for a visit. My daughter said Dr. Harrington is her favorite and she is always so nice to her. As a parent, Dr. Harrington always explains everything well and listens when you have concerns about your child. We have moved to another county but still go to Chesterfield to see her.

I have been coming to this practice since my oldest child (7) was a newborn. I have since brought all of my children here and we always receive great costumer service and convient appt times. We have recently been seeing Nurse practioner Jasmine and to say she's wonderful, is an understatement. She is incredibly patient and kind. Very knowledgeable and not afraid to admit that she wants a second opinion from another doctor there. She explains each step of what she's doing which makes my girls a lot more comfortable and they actually like being sick if it means they get to see her ! One of the biggest factors that lead me to writing this review is simply that I have a nuerodivergent child, and Jasmine has shown so much understanding and compassion. Doctor appts used to be really hard as my litte was scared to even step on the scale. She has warmed up to Jasmine and it truly makes such a difference ! We are so greatful for her and her bright spirit . She is a wonderful addition !

Great first visit with Dr Harrington. She took family health history and addressed all concerns, listened, and gave so preventative advice. We look forward to our visits in the upcoming years.

No matter the concern, Dr.Auerbach is there to help. When bringing an issue to that table he is able to help as much as he can. And if he can’t not find the a solution he will help with referrals

The providers are effective and polite. They assist swiftly in on-call needs providing my family a peace of mind when our children are in need of help anytime and every time.

She was amazing. She spoke with my teenager twins and not at them. Very through in explanation of their health to them and to myself as their parent.

Highly recommend Dr. Harrington! I have brought my son to this practice for the past 12 years. Dr. Harrington is very thorough, knowledgeable and a compassionate doctor.

We love Dr Harrington and have been coming here for years. The wait time has increased even once you are back in the exam room making it harder to justify driving 30 minutes to our appointments. The office could use some cleaning and updating. There are always hand prints all over the plexiglass, giving them an un clean feeling. The people answering the phone are often uninterested in the conversation and impersonal.

Dr. Auerbach is great! He explains everything that he is doing while he does it and makes my kids feel very comfortable with him. He is patient and listens well.

NEW FRONT STAFF IS SUPER NICE, IT WAS EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.

Mrs Jasmine Awad was literally the most amazing nurse practitioner! Words cannot even express what a great experience I had with my daughter during our appointment. My daughter has had some very, very serious health issues and we have been jumping from place to place trying to get some answers. This was the first time someone sat down and really listened to everything we had to say and pointed us in the right direction. In fact, it was such a great visit my daughter said she felt like she had therapy when we left and it had made her day.Mrs. Awad is extremely kind, she is a great listener, she’s extremely professional and you can tell she really cares about her job. She is the type of person that makes a difference in this world. Thanks again for everything!!!
